About Us
Focus Point Children’s Academy is a faith-based learning center, serving children ages 3 to 5. Our aim is to create a spiritually sound, safe, and loving environment that promotes healthy spiritual and academic growth and development.
Several years ago, Pastor Edward L. Thrasher received the God‑given dream of establishing a daycare within the walls of Stoney Point Baptist Church.
Trusting the Lord’s timing, direction, and provision, he faithfully carried that vision in prayer. Through God’s divine guidance, abundant favor, and the support of many devoted hands, the vision God placed in his heart blossomed into reality in August 2025. To God be the glory for the great things He has done.
